We are known for Smoke Dope and ISNORT, yet soon comes Project Crackdown. Yes, Heroin and Cocaine have teamed up with each other and the marines maybe all over it. Who knew you could smoke Heroin and Cocaine at the same time. Will this tear us Methamphetamine users down? No, it should not. Even with the policing of property going on. We still have ties to the government access. So, Dr. Carl Hart's work, they may and can go on, but do not let Drug Policy stop this war(irony). The methamphetamine usage is high in the homelessness.
